I could murder a sausage !

The one thing I realise is missing from my site is some light hearted content and normally I would post this on fraudbook but I’m not sure they deserve any real human support these days. Anyway….

Yesterday was claw trimming time for Honey, my 1 year old dachshund….. and you got it, i was trying to kill her. You think that’s a joke. Not to her. Call the RSPCA, call the dog warden, call the local police dog handlers. They’ll believe her, right ?

But it is one of those situations where she sees the tool, that is inevitably going to cut her legs off and does a runner. But they are too long and need trimming. So I then have to get her and hold her down, in a safe way while she wriggles and tries to get away from the evil evil man.

Last nigth I fell asleep on the sofa again and after all the zero pain and zero forgiveness, she slept next to me. In fact, it’s 11:05am and she is still asleep in the blanket. In this warmth.
