Anyone now who gives facebook more than a fleeting glance, who wants to use it to connect and build, will know that facebook is at an all time low when it comes to quality of service, for genuine users.
When I say genuine users, I mean people who aren’t scammers, not flooding scams and bs content. Not trying to steal from people or have an intent to make peoples day worse. But let’s look at the reality now, on facebook…. It isn’t a blessing anymore, not for many people.

The First Image (The Longtime User): Shows a vulnerable post expressing genuine despair and a cry for help, but the moderator’s cursor is hovering directly over Hide (archive/snooze). It reflects the frustration users feel when real human crisis or benign posts get buried, suppressed, or algorithmic cold-shoulders.
Yet :

The Second Image (The New Account): Shows a freshly created troll/hate account posting overtly hateful, offensive rhetoric with extremist iconography, yet the cursor is hovering directly over Allow (restore post). It hits on the widespread critique that platforms often let outrage-bait, hate speech, or rage-inducing engagement slip right through the cracks while suppressing authentic or vulnerable content.
“Side by side, they effectively highlight the absurdity and inverted logic people often feel they encounter with automated and manual platform moderation.” – Google Gemini.
It’s undeniable and long has been that facebook is utterly corrupt when it comes to humanity for many people. Facebook should be doing a million times better.
What do you think ?
Note – the above two images are NOT real. But they example VERY real situations that are happening, every day.
